The hotel is conveniently located just off the autoroute, making it a perfect stopover for backpackers on the road. Despite being in a quiet neighbourhood, it is easily accessible with the help of a sat nav. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. Additionally, the breakfast options offered are simple and reasonably priced.

There were occasional instances where there was a slight wait for a receptionist to be available at the front desk.

A Comfortable Bed: The bed in the room was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The plush mattress and cozy duvet provided a superior service experience, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

ibis budget exceeded my expectations once again during this stay in saint-genis-laval. the staff were friendly and hands-on, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the wifi and ac worked well. the general cleanliness was good, and it was great value for money with plenty of parking spaces.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money I got at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stopover on our road trip. The location was convenient, just off the motorway, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially during breakfast.
